Events › Lord of the Rings Week: Calligraphy

Celebrate Lord of the Rings by coming to the North Branch! Kick your journey off by completing our "Walk to Mordor" hike at Riley Trails that will be available from September 7th through September 21st. Starting on Monday, September 16th, join us in completing a craft to celebrate hobbits, elves, dwarves, and Middle Earth. All crafts are while supplies last. Check out the events going on:


4-5:30 p.m.
Monday: Create your own fantasy map
Tuesday: Cross-stitch your favorite LOTR character
Wednesday: Learn how to write your favorite quotes in calligraphy
Thursday: Make your own hobbit door wreath
Friday: Make your own elven leaf brooch

Also, be sure to join us on Thursday night as we test your knowledge of all things Middle Earth with LOTR Trivia from 6:30-8 at the Herrick District Library North Branch.
