This month's Teen Art Gallery is oil pastels. Not quiet a crayon and not quite paint, oil pastels lie somewhere in between. Stop by the YS desk between September 1st-15th to participate in this month's art gallery. All materials for your masterpiece will be provided, as well as some practice exercises to learn the basics, while supplies last. All art due September 15th and will be displayed September 16 - October 15.
